From January 2018 to July 2019, Ndivhuho was a visiting researcher at the Institut für Mittelstandsforschung. Since August 2019, he has been part of the Entrepreneurship team. He studied entrepreneurship education for a master's degree in entrepreneurship at the Tshwane University of Technology, South Africa 2012-2014, and later public policy and entrepreneurship at the Université libre de Bruxelles, Belgium, for a Ph.D. degree in social and political sciences 2014-2019. While based in Brussels, he also studied abroad at various renowned universities, including Fudan University, China 2016. His research interests are threefold:
- Entrepreneurship in emerging economies
- Entrepreneurship education, and
- Public policy and entrepreneurship
