Khullat Munir

Khullat Munir is an evaluation and monitoring specialist and has worked in the
field of development cooperation since 2011. Her primary focus has been in
political economy and policy analysis and development in the health sector.
Through her expereriences working with both state and non-state actors, she has
become a proponent of mixed methods research and real world evaluation. In
addition to her work in applied research, she also actively engages with integration
of people with migrant backgrounds in Hessen. In 2020 she joined the “Arbeitsmarkt
und Selbständigkeit” team at ifm, and is evaluating “Migrantinnen fit für den
Arbeitsmarkt (MiA),” a project aiming for work place integration of female migrants.

She has a B.A. in Biology and Society from Cornell University (Ithaca, New York) and an M.Sc. in International Health from the European TropEd Institute (Charité Universität, Berlin and Université Segalen, Bordeaux).
