Nora Zybura

Nora Zybura (née Block) holds a Bachelor degree in Social Sciences and History from the Universities of Erfurt and Ghent, Belgium, and a Master in Sociology from the University of Mannheim with focus on empirical methods as well as migration and integration. During her Master studies, she spent a semester abroad at the East Carolina University, USA.

Since spring 2014, Nora Zybura is part of the ifm as research assistant and since summer 2016 as PhD candidate. Her research interest includes topics on family business innovation and (female) migrant entrepreneurship. She was involved in a project on technology transfer and several migrant entrepreneurship projects. Since summer 2016, Nora Zybura is also part of the MCEI team and has significantly advanced the practically-oriented approach by co-creating and teaching the courses MAN 453 and MAN 633 and developing the MCEI Startup Mentoring Program. She is also supervising Bachelor and Master Theses.
